What to bring to your appointment

When you come for your appointment, please bring the following:

Payment Methods

Payment is to be made at the time of the appointment and can be made via credit card (excluding American Express), EFTPOS or cash.

Your account can be forwarded to a third party for payment where we have received approval for the payment of services prior to your appointment. This includes Workers Compensation, Insurance claims, Close the Gap, Trustee and Guardian and Employer funded medicals.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.


Shellharbour Clinic

Parking is available in the nearby open-air carpark on Burra Place. Parking is untimed in the second level of the car park, however one hour parking limits apply to the shop front parking on the entry level.

Wollongong Clinic

Limited parking is available at the rear of the building.

Public Transport

Shellharbour Clinic

Bus route #57 and #51 both stop nearby along New Lake Entrance Rd, requiring a walk of less than 5 minutes between the bus stop and the Illawarra Heart Centre. For more detailed public transport information call 131 500 or visit

Wollongong Clinic

Several bus routes stop nearby along Crown Street at Wollongong Public Hospital. It is a short walk down Darling St to our Loftus St clinic. Wollongong Train Station is 600m from our clinic, roughly a 10min walk, however this route is uphill.
